The hotel was clean and pleasant, with excellent and extremely friendly staff. the room was spacious and airy, featuring comfortable beds upon my arrival.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and features delicious, marvelous breakfasts. It boasts a magnificent location near the Amtrak station in the metropolitan area, just a 5-minute drive from a holy site. the pool area is also quite nice. Hampton Inn Salt Lake City Downtown is a fantastic choice for visitors looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.

The first night we stayed in a corner room and it was very noisy from the trafic. Asked for a different room and was quickly accomidated.

Room which they gave me first was a bit noisy, because of its closeness to the ventilation, I believe. So I asked for another room, and they gave me another one which didn't have the problem.

The suite we stayed in was quiet, updated, and had a comfortable bed; the staff members were incredibly friendly.

All inclusive service (breakfast, swimming pool 24/7, business centre services), helpful and professional staff service.

We were greeted by people who seemed genuinely interested in our stay. They were kind, went out of their way to find a charger for our cell phone, and otherwise were very accommodating. The rooms were clean, and I loved the note that said "All sheets and duvet covers are cleaned daily." The breakfast was not just a muffin and coffee. It was great. We're coming back in December.

This hotel had a great location, very close to the convention center, Pioneer Park, and Temple Square.

The employees were friendly and awesome. Loved them all. We needed a weekend of no children. In our seven years of marriage, combined family with 3 of 5 children on autistsm spectrum this is our first weekend away. So it was exactly what we needed.
